Kown Ablout ABT peanut butter

I find it very frustrating reading that people are eating bagels and wheat thins etc. These things are NOT acceptable for any kind of diabetic period. Once in awhile maybe but all the time? if you guys are getting away with this then why am I as a T-2 not able to eat this stuff? If you can get away with eating like a person without diabetes then why are you posting here? Most of us could never eat a bagel or crackers, well maybe Rye Vita occasionally. Maybe I'm over reacting but I hate reading this stuff. Show me a diabetes recipe book that allows bagels and I'll show you a book written by someone who doesn't care about your health.

Smart Balance peanut butter? has anyone read the ingredients?
PEANUTS, NATURAL OIL BLEND (FLAXSEED AND PALM OILS), SALT, MOLASSES
Have you read the ingredients on natural peanut butter? PEANUTS
Palm oil is 100% poison, period. Molasses is pure sugar. GAWD!
Smart Balance products are junk, nothing more than deceptive advertising making one think they are eating something healthy.

A person does not need to buy this junk food in order to get the Omega oils. You can buy those in gel caps, eat fish, milk, cheese, walnuts, broccoli, strawberries, eggs can be bought that are from chickens fed greens and insects rather than corn or soybeans, meat from grass fed cows. Here is the solution to eating junk peanut butter that has sugar in it in one form or another. Buy natural organic peanut butter or better yet, almond butter which is available at Costco and get your Omega 3 oils from the flax seeds in sprouted bread like this one available at all major grocery stores in Canada
http://www.silverhillsbakery.ca/Macks-Flax Sprouted bread made without flour is always the best choice and many brands have flax in them.

A word about Palm oil. Don't listen to the industry liars who promote this poison
Palm oil has long been known to promote heart disease, but a new report from the nonprofit Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) says that palm oil production also promotes destruction of the rainforest, particularly in Malaysia and Indonesia. Further loss of forest may push endangered animal species, including orangutans, Sumatran tigers, and Sumatran rhinos, into extinction. Please read this whether you care about our planet and its animals or not http://www.cspinet.org/new/200506021.html
