One of the goals of good management is getting weight at the desired
level. For many diabetics, getting the weight down has the usual
challenges, once getting the goal it is good to stay there and not
regain the weight loss. It is a tricky thing, more like a video game
playing the hunger drive along ways of weight loss.

Hunger suppressants are a tool that can be used to attain weight
goals. Big Pharma has come out with some expensive suppressants
associated with certain risks and side effects. My nature is to find
the natural suppressants first before giving lots of money to the
Pharma folk. In each case, we have to work with the individual
diabetic to see what his body can work with. Here are some basic
stuff you may or may not be aware of:

Water, fiber, protein and other suggestions here are helpful. Maybe
the heavy duty chemical solution should be tried after all natural
approaches have failed. It sounds so neat to lean on the chemical
approach, just kick back and let the chemical do it. It is really
not that easy and one has to be on the look out for harm.
