Sir,

I live in Srilanka We produse one of the best Cinnamon in the world I did try Cinnamon I have few days ago wrote about a mixed two powders lover B/G Instantaneously I too tried same two powders it worked for me very well but those two powders do not regulate B/G I have to take with Metformin for daily control.
.
My Domestic Cook takes this mixture of two powders every night two or one table spoon full depending on the carbohydrate food what he eats in the Night Dinner. Due to high cost of PIOZ in Srilanka he cannot effort to take 1 Tablet of Pioz daily. I cannot take Pioz my Ankles get a swelling if i take Pioz.

I do only take western drugs to control my B/Gs.
